FunChat is a service for friends, family, and coworkers to communicate inside and outside SecondLife and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent messages. People can exchange messages, which may contain photos, voice notes and text. It also allows direct access from SecondLife to Facebook, Flickr, Youtube and current SL Events with latest technology. You can also listen to a great selection of radio genres from across the world inside the HUD.
How do I install or Update the FunChat App on Android Smart Phone?
It’s important to keep your FunChat app up to date. Installing the latest version may help to fix problems when something’s not working. Note: If you can’t download the FunChat app, you can use FunChat on a computer at funchat.com or in-world (SecondLife) with the HUD. To download or update the FunChat app:

How do I delete my FunChat Account?
To remove your account from FunChat you have to send a notecard with the following title:

from your in-world avatar (which has your associated FunChat account) to Puzzlemagnet Resident or Gordon Petrovic in-world (SecondLife).
Note: This action is permanently and there’s no undone possible.

1) Get the FunChat HUDs in-world here: Click to Teleport or from “VR TECH” SL Marketplace.
2) Register to FunChat: The first time you add or wear the HUD in-world (SecondLife) you will be registered with your SecondLife avatar name in FunChat.
3) Log-in to FunChat: Log-in will be automatic just by wearing the FunChat HUDs on your avatar.
4) -OPTIONAL- Log-in to FunChat from the app: If you want to stay connected outside of SecondLife, you can download FunChat app from Google Play Store on Android devices or Windows.
NOTE 1: Wearing the FunChat HUD, click “Edit Profile” on your name bottom left, and set a custom password which you will use to log-in on the app. Your username is your SecondLife avatar name.
NOTE 2: If your avatar does not have lastname do not add “resident”. If your avatar has a lastname your username is: name.lastname
When you sign up for your account, you’ll see your profile at the bottom left, click it and then pick “Edit Profile”. There you can customize your avatar (even upload your custom one!), change/set password for Android App experience and write about you.
Note: Don’t forget to click Update when you are done editing your profile to save your changes.
